Quick & Easy Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

250g boneless chicken (small pieces)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

2 tbsp oil or butter

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tomato (blended or chopped)

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

1 tsp cumin powder

½ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

½ cup water

2 tbsp yogurt or cream

Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Mix in ginger and garlic paste; cook for 30 seconds.

Add all the spices and stir until aromatic.

Toss in chicken pieces and cook until sealed with color.
