Ingredients:

1 cucumber (sliced)

1 tomato (chopped)

½ cup boiled chickpeas

½ cup lettuce or spinach

1 tbsp olive oil

½ lemon (juiced)

Salt & black pepper to taste

A pinch of chili flakes
Instructions:

Combine cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and chickpeas in a large bowl.

In a small cup, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
