🥗 Healthy Summer Salad for Weight Loss

Light, fresh, and full of flavor! This summer salad is perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber (sliced)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • ½ cup boiled chickpeas

  • ½ cup lettuce or spinach

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ lemon (juiced)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • A pinch of chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Combine cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and chickpeas in a large bowl.

  2. In a small cup, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.

  4. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Serving Tip:

Add boiled eggs or grilled chicken for extra protein!
