Quick & Easy Chicken Curry Recipe

If you’re craving a delicious homemade meal but don’t have much time, this 5-Minute Magic Chicken Curry is your perfect fix! It’s flavorful, creamy, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 250g boneless chicken (small pieces)

  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp oil or butter

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tomato (blended or chopped)

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tbsp yogurt or cream

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

  3. Mix in ginger and garlic paste; cook for 30 seconds.

  4. Add all the spices and stir until aromatic.

  5. Toss in chicken pieces and cook until sealed with color.

  6. Add tomato puree and water, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Stir in yogurt or cream for richness.

  8. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
